You Are Weaving Part of Someone's Tapestry, Whether You Know It or Not

This great tapestry of humanity is woven from the miniscule stitches made every second of the day. Where the patterns have divided, they can just as easily converge again with the tiniest stitch. Whether or not you realize it, your actions today have woven new stitches, created the beginnings of new patterns, added the finishing flair to old patterns, and strengthened the entire tapestry.

With this in mind, I ask the fates to guide my hand so that I only add stitches to the tapestry and very rarely cause someone to want to rip out the day's stitches and start over :)

Great idea! Ang, as always, you know what to say and how to say it well.

Beautifully said Ang, & with a true writers flair & understanding.

I'd imagine that you do only ever add stitches that are in precisely the right place, thereby adding value to the tapestry of humanity.

I was going to add more about a recent personal experience, but debated about doing so. Scrolling down to the word verification I saw;

"astothat" - think that pretty much gave me my answer & a smile.lol!

What a timely post for me to read this morning. I have been very busy these last weeks trying to weave myself more carefully and firmly into the tapestries of my friends and family.

Very thoughtful post Angelina..I need to be more aware of the little things left undone just because I'm busy at the time with something else.
Why is it we think of them all at the end of the day but ignore them at the time...?!
